IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Before we can dispense your order for dermaviduals® skincare products you must have a dermaviduals® prescription from Define by Jill. If you do not have a prescription or feel that your skin has changed, please book an Advanced Skin Analysis with our Clinical Corneotherapist. You can choose to complete your Analysis online or in person at the Define by Jill clinic. If you proceed without a prescription your order will be placed on HOLD until you have completed an Advanced Skin Analysis and are issued with a dermaviduals® prescription. 

I already have a prescription from Define by Jill can I order online? 

If you have already been using dermaviduials® skincare products and have a current prescription from Define by Jill, we know you will be back for more! That is why we have made it easy for you to re-stock and purchase via our member-only area. Please log in to order based on your current prescription. If your prescription is more than the 6-months old our team will reach out to check that your skin needs are unchanged. If you feel your skin has changed, please book an Advanced Skin Analysis and complete a review with our Clinical Corneotherapist. 

Why do I need an Advanced Skin Analysis?

dermaviduals® are customised to your specific skin and needs. You must have a current prescription from Define by Jill to order dermaviduals®. An Advanced Skin Analysis is an in-depth assessment of your skin based on the principles of corneotherapy. The Analysis provides Define by Jill with your unique details and determines your personal skin needs. It enables us to prepare the correct products to meet those needs and deliver you the best results possible. 

I have not had an Advanced Skin Analysis with Define by Jill, but I have with another Corneotherapist, does this still count? 

Unfortunately, If you have not completed an Advanced Skin Analysis with a Clinical Corneotherapist at Define by Jill, you will need to arrange one before you can access our members-only area (and order dermaviduals® products online). You can choose to complete an Advanced Skin Analysis online or in person at the Define by Jill clinic. Please note that your consultation fee will be credited against any purchase of dermaviduals® product valid on the day of your consultation.

Do I have to pay for an Advanced Skin Analysis?

We only charge an initial fee of $50 to secure your appointment with our Clinical Corneotherapist. Once you have completed your Advanced Skin Analysis you can use this fee as a credit against all purchases of dermaviduals® skincare products you make on the day of your consultation.

I have a prescription but my skin has changed, can I still order online?

If your skin has changed or your prescription is more than 12-months old, please book an Advanced Skin Analysis so we can complete a review. This is to ensure you are using the correct products for your current skin needs. Once you have completed your Analysis and obtained your refreshed prescription you will be able to access our member-only area and order your dermaviduals® skincare products based on your new prescription. To access our member-only area log in with your username (email) and password you were provided. I have a Define by Jill Gift Card, can I use it for my dermaviduals® online order?

You can only use your Define by Jill Gift Card for dermaviduals® orders in-clinic, over the phone or via email. Please contact 02 4577 4234 our email Customer Care Team at wecare@definebyjill.com for help using your Gift Card.
